BMW M235i Performance Exhaust - aFe - Mach Force-Xp - Polished - `14-`16 is an axle-back system designed for the F22/23 M235i (N55 3.0L turbo). It replaces the rear section of the stock exhaust to improve flow, sound character, and finish with polished tips.

This Mach Force-XP axle-back is constructed from mandrel-bent 3" to 2.5" 304 stainless steel tubing and uses a high-flow stainless steel black muffler to produce a controlled, mildly aggressive tone. On our in-house dyno this system produced gains of up to +11 HP and +15 lbs.-ft. TQ. The design includes a mitered merge collector to reduce turbulence and improve exhaust velocity, CAD-driven fitment for accuracy, and 100% MIG-welded joints for durability. The system includes a factory-style exhaust valve that uses the factory valve motor (motor not included) and mounts with factory-style hangers; some cutting is required for installation.
