Built from domestic 2618 alloy forgings, these pistons are designed for durability under elevated cylinder pressures and temperatures. The dish crown yields approximately 8.5/9.0:1 compression, and the +1.5 mm oversize (86.5 mm bore) fits overbored cylinders. Manley's exacting ring lands and grooves improve ring seal, while cam and barrel skirt profiles reduce friction and are cylinder-wall friendly. Chrome moly wrist pins are standard for robust pin retention; select upgrades are available from Manley for demanding applications. The set includes matching piston rings for immediate installation.
