Mishimoto Honda TRX450ER Performance Thermostat (Low Temp 79°C/174°F) — a direct-fit replacement for 2005–2014 TRX450R/TRX450ER models. It opens at a lower temperature to help keep operating temperatures down during hot-weather riding and sustained low-speed, high-load conditions.

This thermostat installs like the stock unit and preserves OE fitment while enabling earlier coolant flow by opening at 79°C (174°F). That earlier opening can reduce high-temperature operation during extended idling, heavy trail use, or slow, loaded runs. Designed and tested to Mishimoto standards, the unit integrates with the factory cooling system without modification and is backed by Mishimoto’s Lifetime Warranty for long-term peace of mind.
