Chevrolet Duramax Fuel Injector - BD Diesel - Stage 2 / 90 HP Increase / 43% Over (`06-`07). A drop-in, exchange common-rail (CR) injector for 2006–2007 LBZ Duramax trucks designed to increase fuel delivery and support higher power goals while maintaining OEM-level fit and finish.

This BD-Built Stage 2 injector raises fuel quantity by approximately 43%, corresponding to about a 90 HP increase when combined with appropriate supporting modifications. Each unit is flow-matched and assembled using OE procedures by Bosch-trained technicians. OE-quality nozzles are extrude-honed for improved flow and atomization. Every injector is precision calibrated to a flow tolerance of +/-2% (versus typical OEM +/-5%) and validated on a Bosch 815 test bench across multiple operating conditions. Injectors are supplied with a new Bosch nozzle and control valve to ensure consistent, repeatable performance.
