Wehrli Stage 1 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit — 2017–2019 Chevrolet Duramax L5P (Candy Teal) is a direct-fit upgrade designed to improve airflow between the turbo and engine. This Stage 1 bundle replaces restrictive factory intercooler plumbing with larger, single-piece aluminum pipes and high-quality couplers for increased reliability and more responsive turbo spool.

The kit replaces the stock 2-piece driver (hot) and passenger (cold) pipes with a heavy-duty 3" driver side and 3.5" passenger side intercooler set, reducing potential boost leak points and eliminating the factory resonator and weak joint areas. Built from 14 ga. aluminum with smooth mandrel bends and finished in Wehrli’s Candy Teal powder coat, the assembly retains factory connection points and sensors and installs with basic hand tools. Included reinforced silicone boots, stainless t-bolt clamps, and a CNC-machined flange with double O-rings provide improved sealing under higher boost pressures. Compatible with stock trucks and requires no tuning.
