This Vertex piston kit is made to match A, B or C bore sizes so the selected piston fits your cylinder precisely. Each kit includes the piston, rings, wrist pin and circlips required for installation. Skirts are coated with molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) to promote faster break-in and help reduce initial wear. The T-5 hardening and tempering cycle used in production adds material strength consistent with forged-replica construction, helping the piston hold up under typical riding conditions while helping reduce blow-by and oil consumption when fitted correctly.
