This CSF radiator replaces the OE plastic-tank, single-row core with a robust 2-row, 42mm all-aluminum unit. It uses CSF’s 5mm ultra-efficient fin design and B-Tube technology to increase heat transfer area and overall cooling efficiency, and it is TIG-welded for strength and durability. Real-world testing at Loveland Pass showed about an 18–20°F temperature advantage versus the OE radiator under similar load conditions, demonstrating improved recovery and lower operating temperatures for towing, off-road use, or spirited driving.
