Mishimoto Ford Ranger Intercooler Pipe and Boot Kit (Polished) — 2019–2023 Ford Ranger 2.3L EcoBoost. A direct-fit upgrade that replaces the restrictive factory intercooler plumbing with larger, mandrel-bent aluminum pipes and durable silicone boots to support higher flow and long-term reliability.

The Mishimoto kit is engineered to reduce airflow restrictions and withstand the demands of boosted driving and tuning. Mandrel-bent aluminum pipes with a polished finish increase internal volume and smooth airflow compared to stock plumbing. When tested as part of a Mishimoto intercooler system, the kit produced dyno-proven max gains of 9.78 wheel horsepower and 9 ft-lbs of torque. Internal-volume increases are measured at 26.4% on the hot side and 13.7% on the cold side, while flow improves approximately 25.6% hot and 16.6% cold. The included silicone boots use Mishimoto DuraCore™ material for improved resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, and the high-torque worm-gear clamps provide consistent clamping force for worry-free sealing. This is a direct-fit product backed by Mishimoto’s Lifetime Warranty for fit and materials.
