Ford Powerstroke Performance Oil Cooler - Mishimoto (Bar-and-plate design, Silver, 2011–2019). This front-mounted liquid-to-air oil cooler replaces the factory liquid-to-liquid cooler on 6.7L Powerstroke engines to improve oil cooling capacity for heavy towing and modified applications.

The Mishimoto kit moves oil cooling to a large, front-mounted heat exchanger, reducing load on the stock coolant circuit and helping lower both oil and coolant temperatures under sustained use. The cooler measures approximately 17.4" long × 7.5" tall × over 2.5" thick and uses a durable bar-and-plate core to resist road debris. Oil is routed through two stainless-steel braided -16 AN lines for reliable flow, and the kit includes a CNC-machined aluminum adapter plate that installs in the stock cooler location plus mounting brackets to simplify fitting. Available in silver, this kit is designed for 2011–2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks and is backed by Mishimoto's Lifetime Warranty.
