Lexus GX460 Performance Exhaust - MagnaFlow - Overland Series Cat-Back (`10-`23) is a bolt-on cat-back system designed for GX460 owners who want MagnaFlow’s signature deep tone and reliable on- and off-road performance. It fits 2010–2023 GX460 models and is engineered for durability and utility.
This Overland Series cat-back (#19544) uses mandrel-bent 2.5" tubing and a single straight-through muffler positioned higher in the undercarriage to improve ground clearance and departure angles compared to stock. The single, high-clearance passenger-side no-tip exit reduces hang-down while preserving a refined cabin character thanks to MagnaFlow’s No-Drone Technology, which minimizes drone at cruising speeds. Constructed from 100% stainless steel with CNC precision robotic manufacturing, the system offers easy bolt-on installation and is covered by MagnaFlow’s limited lifetime construction warranty. It was developed to maintain compatibility with common bolt-on aftermarket accessories used on overlanding rigs.
