Ford F-250 Performance Exhaust - aFe - Twisted Steel 1-7/8in 304 SS Headers - 20-21. This aFe Twisted Steel shorty header kit is engineered for the 2020–2021 Ford F-250/F-350 with the 7.3L V8, offering durable construction and improved flow in a direct-fit design.

Made from 1-7/8" mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing with heavy-duty laser-cut machined 304 stainless flanges, these headers are built for long-term corrosion resistance and strength. The 4-to-1 mitered merge collectors reduce turbulence and increase exhaust velocity for better throttle response. Designed with CAD for high-tolerance factory fitment and 100% MIG-welded for proven durability, the Twisted Steel headers install in the stock locations and work with the factory exhaust system with no cutting or modifications required. On aFe’s in-house dyno this system produced gains of up to +18 HP and +25 lb-ft of torque.
