This MagnaFlow HM Grade direct-fit catalytic converter (OE interchange 2C5Z-5F250-AA) is a federal/EPA-compliant replacement designed for 2003–2005 Lincoln Aviator models. It’s built to restore emissions compliance and maintain factory-like flow without cutting or welding.
Precision-engineered using MagnaFlow’s 3D-scanned metrology and a replicated OE spun-body design, this converter offers a compact, low-mass profile with a single laser fusion weld to minimize leak points. Mandrel-bent tubing preserves smooth exhaust flow for consistent engine operation and fuel economy. Constructed with high-strength 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing and durable 308 stainless welds, it includes gaskets and hardware for a proper seal and Torca AccuSeal® style clamping to help maintain serviceability.
