Chrysler Pacifica Catalytic Converter - MagnaFlow - Direct-Fit, HM Grade - `04-`06. Keep the check engine light off and conform to Federal emissions requirements with this MagnaFlow HM Grade direct-fit converter designed specifically for 2004–2006 Chrysler Pacifica models.
This direct-fit unit replicates OE geometry using advanced metrology and 3D-scanning during development to ensure accurate fit and reliable function. The spun-body design and a single laser-fusion weld reduce leak potential while a compact, low-mass construction helps improve thermal efficiency. Mandrel-bent tubing preserves smooth exhaust flow for consistent engine performance and fuel economy. Constructed from high-strength 16-gauge 409 stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance, this converter installs without cutting or welding and ships with the necessary gaskets and hardware. It interchanges with OE part numbers 4809 660AF and 4809 660AD and is built to meet Federal/EPA emissions standards for registered OBDII vehicles.
