Nissan Maxima Catalytic Converter - Magnaflow - Direct Fit - `04-`06. This HM Grade, Federal/EPA-compliant direct-fit catalytic converter is built to replace the factory unit on 2004–2006 Nissan Maxima models with OE-like fitment and function. It installs without cutting or welding when proper tools are used.
MagnaFlow’s design uses advanced 3D scanning during development to replicate the OE spun-body profile and flow characteristics. The single laser fusion weld minimizes leak paths while the compact, low-mass construction supports efficient thermal behavior. Mandrel-bent tubing and a precision-stamped collector preserve exhaust flow dynamics to help maintain engine performance and fuel economy. Included gaskets and hardware simplify installation and OE-sized barbed hangers are corrosion-resistant for long service life.
