GMC Sierra 3500 Performance Air Intake - K&N Engineering - 77 Series - `11-`14. A direct-fit K&N 77 Series performance intake designed for 2011–2014 GMC Sierra 3500 trucks with the 6.6L engine. It replaces the factory airbox and intake tube to improve airflow and throttle response.
This K&N system uses a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube paired with K&N's oversized, conical High-Flow air filter built with oiled cotton filter media. The filter is washable and reusable, designed to extend service intervals under normal highway driving. A custom heat shield or airbox helps reduce the temperature of incoming air compared with the stock configuration. The kit is engineered as a bolt-on replacement and can typically be installed in under 90 minutes. Some K&N intakes are not CARB-legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles in California—please see product specifications for CARB status for your exact vehicle.
