Engineered to address high intake and exhaust gas temperatures that can reduce performance and stress components, the Mishimoto 6.6L Duramax intercooler uses a robust bar-and-plate core and cast-aluminum end tanks to improve airflow and lower intake-air temperatures. Compared to the OEM cooler, this intercooler provides a 101% increase in core volume and is 73% thicker, helping support higher boost levels on both stock and modified trucks while helping manage EGTs.
