Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Intercooler Pipe and Boot Kit - Mishimoto - Hot-Side, DuraCore - Polished (2011–2015). A direct-fit hot-side upgrade for 6.6L Duramax trucks that replaces the restrictive factory pipe with a larger, mandrel-bent design to improve airflow.

This Mishimoto kit uses 3.0-inch mandrel-bent aluminum to reduce pressure drop through the hot-side plumbing and recreates the factory two-piece layout for straightforward installation. Included DuraCore silicone boots provide improved resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil compared with standard silicone, reducing the chance of leaks or boot failure. Constant-tension T-bolt clamps are supplied for consistent clamping force. When paired with an upgraded intercooler, the larger-diameter piping can contribute to improved airflow, which may translate to better throttle response and reduced EGTs under load without requiring additional tuning.
