Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Intercooler Kit - Mishimoto - Duramax 6.6L - Black - '11-'15. A direct-fit intercooler system engineered for 2011–2015 Duramax LML trucks to improve charge-air cooling and upgrade the factory intake plumbing.
This Mishimoto kit includes mandrel-bent aluminum hot- and cold-side pipes, high-temperature DuraCore silicone boots, constant-tension T-bolt clamps, and an all-aluminum intercooler with cast end tanks and a bar-and-plate core. The intercooler offers a substantially larger core volume and increased thickness versus the factory unit, designed to lower intake-air temperatures, help reduce EGTs under load, and improve boost pressure tolerance while maintaining durability for daily driving and towing. Components are built to resist heat, pressure, fuel, and oil exposure for long service life.
