Jeep Wrangler Axle Kit - Front - Yukon Gear & Axle - 4340 Chromoly w/ Super Joints - 03-06. This front axle kit is a direct replacement for Dana 44-equipped TJ Rubicon Wranglers (2003–2006) using heavy-duty 4340 chromoly components and Yukon Super Joints for off-road performance builds.

Built for serious off-road use, these 4340 chromoly axles offer increased strength over OE shafts and are intended for vehicles running larger tires or higher horsepower. The kit includes inner and outer axles for both sides plus Dana-style universal joints (Super Joints). Yukon’s manufacturing process uses cold roll formed splines and induction heat treating to improve durability. Note: Super Joints require regular maintenance and are not recommended for daily-driven vehicles. Limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and axle breakage for the life of the original owner; warranty terms are governed by Yukon and Randy’s Ring & Pinion determinations.
