Ford F-150 Intercooler - aFe - BladeRunner GT Series - Black - '15-'19. The BladeRunner GT intercooler for 2015–2019 F-150s is a direct-fit performance intercooler and tube kit engineered to lower intake temperatures and support higher boost applications while maintaining factory fitment.

This BladeRunner unit uses a 3 in. bar-and-plate core and larger-than-stock flow paths to improve charge-air cooling compared with OE tube-and-fin designs. End tanks are 3/16 in. TIG-welded aluminum plate with three multi-directional vanes to better distribute airflow through the core. The kit includes tubes, heavy-duty 4-ply couplings and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for durable connections, plus 4 x 1/8 in. pre-tapped ports for gauges or sensors. aFe reports testing to 200 psi and has documented significant reductions in intake temperatures and EGTs in their evaluations. The BladeRunner GT comes in a black finish and includes components intended to simplify installation in turbocharged 2.7L V6 Ford F-150 applications.
