Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Piston Set - Manley Performance - Dish - `03-`06 is a direct-fit forged piston kit designed for Evo 8/9 (7-Bolt 4G63T) applications. These 86mm +1mm bore, 9.0:1 dish pistons ship as a complete set with rings and are built to meet the needs of street and track engine builds.

Manley’s pistons use 2618 alloy forgings and precise machining practices to provide durable, high-temperature performance. Standard pistons come with Chrome Moly wrist pins, and select SKUs offer upgraded wrist pins (9310 or Turbo Tuff/DLC) for increased durability. Exacting ring lands and groove machining improve ring seal, while proven cam and barrel (skirt) profiles are designed to produce power without excessive cylinder wear. Manley’s unique fixturing allows skirt turning and ring groove machining in one operation, delivering consistent ring groove-to-skirt squareness. The Platinum Series adds tool steel wrist pins and moly skirt coatings on compatible part numbers for additional protection.
