Ford F-150 Exhaust Manifold - Passenger Side - BD Diesel - High Silicon Ductile Iron - `17-`20. A direct-fit BD Diesel passenger-side manifold engineered for 2017–2020 3.5L EcoBoost F-150s, designed to address common OEM failure points while improving exhaust flow.

This BD Diesel manifold is cast from high-silicon ductile iron with a thicker, uniform wall design to resist warping under high heat. It incorporates two additional mounting holes and comes with extended studs and 15mm longer spacers to reduce stress at the flange and help prevent bolt failures caused by thermal cycling. Bench testing shows approximately 16% improved flow over the OEM manifold, which can improve exhaust efficiency without altering engine calibration. The kit includes new gaskets and hardware, and it replaces OEM part number JL3Z9430C. CARB EO No. D-553-27 is listed with this unit.
