Toyota Matrix Catalytic Converter - MagnaFlow - California Grade CARB Compliant Direct-Fit (2003–2006). A direct-fit replacement designed to meet CARB requirements for compatible Matrix models, offering OE-style fitment and hardware for a straightforward installation.
This MagnaFlow converter reproduces OE spun-body geometry and uses mandrel-bent tubing and corrosion-resistant stainless steel for durable service. The single laser fusion weld reduces leak points while a compact, low-mass design helps the catalyst reach operating temperature efficiently. Engineered with 3D-scanned metrology to match factory dimensions, this unit installs without cutting or welding for most applications and includes gaskets and hardware to replace corroded factory pieces. It’s CARB-tested for legal use in California and CARB-regulated states on the listed vehicles.
