Ford F-150 Direct Fit Catalytic Converter - Magnaflow - California Grade CARB Compliant - 2006. This direct-fit MagnaFlow catalytic converter is engineered to replace the original unit on 2006 Ford F-150 (also fits 2006 Lincoln Mark LT) and is designed for use in CARB-regulated states when used per the associated Executive Order requirements.
Built from corrosion-resistant materials and developed using 3D scanning metrology, this converter mirrors OE spun-body geometry to maintain factory flow characteristics and fuel efficiency. The compact, low-mass design with a single laser fusion weld reduces leak points, while mandrel-bent tubing promotes free flow. Installation is simplified with included gaskets and hardware, and the unit is intended as a direct-fit replacement with no cutting or welding required when installed with proper tools. This part interchanges with OE numbers 4L3Z-5E212-CD and 4L3Z-5E212-CC and has undergone testing to meet California Air Resources Board guidelines; installation is permitted only if the vehicle’s Executive Order (EO) number and Engine Family Number (EFN) appear in this converter’s CARB Executive Order.
