Lincoln MKT Catalytic Converter - Magnaflow - California Grade CARB Compliant Direct-Fit - 2011. This direct-fit catalytic converter is engineered to replace the factory unit on 2011 Lincoln MKT models, providing CARB-compliant emissions control without cutting or welding for most installations.
Built by MagnaFlow to replicate OE flow dynamics, this converter uses a spun-body design with a single laser fusion weld to minimize leak paths and a compact, low-mass form for efficient thermal performance. High-strength 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing and mandrel-bent construction resist corrosion and help maintain factory performance and fuel efficiency. The unit includes the necessary gaskets and hardware to address corroded factory parts and simplify installation. It is designed to meet California Air Resources Board requirements and has undergone testing for legal use in CARB-regulated states.
