Ford F-150 Catalytic Converter - MagnaFlow California Grade CARB Compliant (2007-2008). A direct-fit replacement designed to maintain factory emissions performance and help keep the check engine light off while meeting California and CARB-regulated state requirements.
This MagnaFlow converter is engineered to replicate OE fit and flow dynamics using modern 3D scanning in R&D. The spun-body design and single laser fusion weld reduce leak potential while a compact, low-mass construction improves thermal efficiency. Built with mandrel-bent tubing and high-strength 16 gauge 409 stainless steel, it offers strong corrosion resistance for long service life. The unit ships with the essential gaskets and hardware for a straightforward installation — no cutting or welding required when installed with the proper tools. Note: installation in California/CARB states is permitted only if the vehicle’s Executive Order (EO) number and Engine Family Number (EFN) appear in this converter’s CARB Executive Order. This direct-fit part is specified for 2007-2008 Ford F-150 (also used on 2007 Lincoln Mark LT).
