Built to meet California Air Resources Board requirements, this converter is designed for 2004–2005 Chevrolet Impala (and compatible 2004–2005 Monte Carlo) applications. MagnaFlow used precision 3D scanning and OE-style spun body design to match factory flow dynamics, helping preserve fuel economy and engine operation. The compact, low-mass construction and single laser-fusion weld reduce leak potential while mandrel-bent tubing and corrosion-resistant stainless steel provide long-term durability. The kit includes gaskets and hardware to simplify installation without cutting or welding when proper tools are used.
