Nissan Pathfinder Catalytic Converter - Magnaflow - California Grade CARB Compliant, Direct-Fit (’05-’06) is a direct-replacement catalytic converter (MagnaFlow part 5481665) engineered to maintain emissions compliance and help keep the check engine light off. It is designed for 2005-2006 Nissan Pathfinder and 2005-2006 Nissan Frontier applications and interchanges with OE 208A3-9BF0A and 208A3-9CD0A.
This MagnaFlow California Grade converter uses a replicated OE spun-body design and precision 3D-scanned fitment to match factory dimensions and flow characteristics. Constructed with high-strength 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing and mandrel-bent inlet/outlet, the unit offers corrosion resistance and consistent exhaust flow. The single laser fusion weld reduces potential leak points and the compact, low-mass design improves thermal efficiency. Installation is direct-fit with included gaskets and hardware, avoiding the need to reuse corroded factory parts; no cutting or welding required when installed with the proper tools. This part has been tested to meet CARB requirements and is legal for sale in CARB-regulated states when the converter’s CARB Executive Order and vehicle EO/EFN match the application.
