Mazda CX-7 Catalytic Converter - MagnaFlow - California Grade CARB Compliant Direct-Fit (2007–2009). This direct-fit replacement is engineered to restore emissions compliance while retaining the factory fit and flow characteristics for the 2.3L CX-7.
MagnaFlow part 5491043 is a California-grade, CARB-compliant catalytic converter built with corrosion-resistant stainless steel and OE-matched geometry. Its spun-body design and single laser fusion weld reduce leak potential and lower mass for improved thermal efficiency. Designed using 3D-scanning metrology, this converter replicates OEM flow dynamics to maintain factory fuel economy and engine operation. Installation is straightforward with included gaskets and hardware; no cutting or welding is required when fitted to the correct vehicle. This unit has undergone the additional testing required for use in CARB-regulated states and is intended for the listed vehicle applications only.
