Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Piston Set - Manley Performance - Forged - 4cyl, 2618 Alloy - `00-`06. A direct-fit forged piston set engineered for the 2.0L 4G63 found in Evo models from 2000–2006, built to meet the demands of performance builds and routine high-load operation.

These Manley pistons use domestic 2618 alloy forgings for improved strength and controlled deformation under heat. Standard pistons include Chrome Moly wrist pins, with select SKUs offering upgrades to 9310 or Turbo Tuff/DLC wrist pins where increased durability is required. Manley’s exacting ring lands and grooves are machined to improve ring seal, and the cam and barrel (skirt) profiles are designed to generate power while minimizing wear on cylinder walls. Unique fixturing allows skirt turning and ring groove machining in one operation for consistent ring groove-to-skirt squareness. The Platinum Series option adds tool steel wrist pins and moly skirt coatings on select part numbers for builders seeking additional protection.
