Ford F-150 Raptor R Performance Exhaust - aFe - Vulcan Series Cat Back - `21-`25 is a direct-fit cat-back designed for Raptor and Raptor R trucks from 2021–2025. This aFe Vulcan Series system delivers durable construction and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust tone while maintaining factory valve integration.

Built from mandrel-bent 3" to 3.5" 304 stainless steel tubing and finished with dual 4.5" stainless clamp-on tips with a riveted aFe logo plate, this cat-back is engineered for durability and a purposeful sound. The system uses factory-style flanges and hangers for a bolt-on installation with no cutting required. A mitered merge X-pipe and acoustically tuned expansion chamber help balance exhaust pulses and reduce drone characteristic, while 100% MIG welding provides proven strength. The system retains factory-style exhaust valves and works with the vehicle’s valve motors (valve motors not included).
