Ford Super Duty Intercooler Coupling Kit - aFe - BladeRunner Series - `08-`10. This direct-replacement coupling kit is designed for 2008–2010 Ford Super Duty diesel trucks with the 6.4L V8 and replaces aging factory cold-side charge pipe couplers. It restores reliable, flexible connections between the intercooler and charge piping.

The BladeRunner couplings are constructed from high-temperature 5-ply polyester-reinforced silicone for improved tear resistance and durability under thermal cycling. Hump-style couplings allow controlled expansion, movement, and vibration between two hard pipes while reducing the chance of connections separating or components breaking. This kit is intended for use with the factory cold-side charge pipe and factory intercooler only and includes premium stainless-steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps for secure fitment and long-term corrosion resistance.
