Ford Raptor Turbo Inlet Pipes - aFe - XLPE Polymer, Reinforced Silicone Couplings - `21-`25. These direct-fit turbo inlet tubes are made to replace the restrictive factory pieces and improve airflow into the twin turbos on 2021–2025 F-150 Raptor V6 3.5L (tt) applications.

Designed in CAD and developed alongside multiple 3D-printed prototypes, these aFe inlet pipes reduce airflow restriction between the air intake and the turbos. Tubes are constructed from cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) for heat and impact resistance, and a stainless-steel ring is pressed into the driver-side end to resist collapse under pressure and heat. Premium compression-molded silicone couplings use external ribs to hold shape under vacuum while their smooth internal surfaces promote higher velocity airflow and reduced turbulence. Smart Seal stainless-steel clamps are included to help maintain a long-lasting seal. The kit ships with necessary fittings pre-installed for a straightforward install; experienced technicians typically allow around two hours since turbos are in a tight location.
