Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Camshafts – COMP Cams Stage 1 LST 186/200 Solid Roller ('01–'16). Built for 6.6L Duramax trucks, this NSR cam applies modern lobe technology for reliable drivability and confident response.

Using COMP Cams Low Shock Technology, the LST profile increases effective airflow while being easier on valve springs, helping curb EGTs and improve stability at higher RPM. Stage 1 is No Springs Required and operates well on a stock calibration, with added gains possible when paired with performance tuning. For more aggressive builds, Stage 2/3 camshafts require the COMP Cams #26125 Beehive Valve Spring Kit.
