It facilitates better airflow, leading to improved throttle response and an increase in horsepower. If you have a max-effort tuned Duramax or an upgraded turbocharger, you can witness gains from 10-20 HP. This intake horn is compatible with factory IHI Turbos and aftermarket intake systems designed for a 4" boot connection with a bead roll. Please note, it is not compatible with OEM intake setups. Additionally, it features a true 4" inlet that ensures smooth airflow transition to the turbo compressor cover, enhancing drivability.
