Engineered heater placement in the intake airstream delivers efficient heat transfer while reducing load on the grid heater relay. In Fleece testing, recommended setups achieved reliable startability down to -35°C with the block heater and fully charged 12V batteries. The kit includes a 700W heater, high-flex cable, and installation hardware; use a single heater around 32°F/0°C to 23°F/-5°C, or a dual-heater configuration for 5°F/-15°C to -31°F/-35°C.
