The Stage 1 LST 223/225 hydraulic roller is a strong choice for 4.8L and 5.3L turbo engines, including cam-only setups where back pressure is unknown. Pair it with COMP’s CK or MK kits for properly matched valvetrain components. MK kits are available with either 24x or 58x timing sets for Gen III/IV LS compatibility. When used with the appropriate CK/MK components, the combination is engineered for stability up to 7400 rpm.
