Volkswagen Jetta Turbocharger System – APR DTR6054 (’22–’24). Direct‑replacement turbo for EA888 Gen 3 Jetta models with matching ECU software for supported applications.
The DTR6054 uses a German dual‑ceramic ball‑bearing CHRA, a 60 mm 6061 billet compressor, and a nickel‑based K418 54 mm turbine in a high‑temp 310 stainless housing. An anti‑surge cover, oversized inlet, and muffler‑delete outlet improve flow and response. It connects to the factory exhaust, intake, oil, and coolant lines, and reuses the electronic wastegate and diverter valve. Specific APR software is required and must be installed by an Authorized APR dealer; check compatibility before purchase. Software offers maps for 91/93/100/104 AKI (RON 95/98/104/108); ethanol support applies to Golf R/S3/TT S with fueling upgrades.
