Use the supplied punch on a warm engine to open a port in the factory intake manifold, then install the billet aluminum tap. Dual Viton O-rings promote leak-free operation, and a stainless barbed fitting manages the hose run. A T-fitting supports multiple references, while the brass restrictor pill calms mechanical gauge buzz. About 96 inches of 200 PSI hose, OEM-style ear clamps, and cable ties are included for clean routing. Unlike spacing the T-MAP sensor, this design avoids skewed IAT readings that can sap performance.
