Audi S5 Intercooler Kit - Front by APR (B9 3.0T, 2018-2024). This direct-fit front-mount intercooler lowers intake temps and fights heat soak for consistent performance.
Purpose-built for the S5 and S5 Sportback, APR's bar-and-plate core with staggered, louvered fins and smooth cast end tanks delivers high efficiency with low pressure drop. Testing set the optimal size: 356.4 in² frontal area and 801.9 in³ volume vs. OEM 162.4 in² and 507.6 in³ for cooler, denser charge air under repeated pulls. The plug-and-play design needs no trimming and is pressure tested to help prevent boost leaks.
