Audi S5 Sportback Intercooler Kit - Front - APR - APR Intercooler System - B9 3.0T (2018–2024). This front-mounted upgrade reduces intake air temperatures, curbs heat soak, and supports consistent performance.
Engineered with a bar-and-plate core using staggered, louvered fins and smooth cast end tanks, this direct bolt-on installs with no trimming or drilling. Testing guided core style, fin density, and size for efficient cooling with low pressure drop. The APR core measures 2.250" x 16.2" x 22.00" (356.4 in², 801.90 in³) versus the OEM unit at 3.125" x 5.75" x 28.25" (162.4 in², 507.62 in³). Fits 2018–2024 Audi S4/S5/S5 Sportback (B9 3.0T). Pressure tested to help prevent boost leaks and organically shaped to promote airflow across the entire core.
