Volkswagen Golf Short Shifter by APR for 6MT 02Q/0FB (2010–2021). An adjustable upgrade that shortens throw and improves shift precision.

APR’s system swaps the factory shifter lever and relay lever for CNC-machined billet components, adds a stainless steel spline insert, and includes stackable counterweights to tune effort and feel. Both front-to-back and side-to-side travel adjust via slotted tracks, while the included friction material and hardware help reduce play versus worn stock parts. Installation and on-car adjustments are straightforward.
