Volkswagen Golf R Short Shifter - APR - 6MT 02Q/0FB - `12-`24. APR’s adjustable short shifter replaces the factory assembly to reduce throw and sharpen shift precision on 2012–2024 Golf R 6MT models.

Built as a complete solution, it uses CNC-machined billet shift and relay levers with slotted tracks for independent front-to-back and side-to-side tuning. A stainless steel spline insert combats common wear, while stackable counterweights let you tailor shift effort. The kit includes new friction material, clips, locking nuts, and stainless hardware, and installs with hand tools. It also pairs well with the APR Shifter Cable Bracket.
