BMW M240i Performance Exhaust - Dinan Freeflow Axleback - Polished (2023-2026). A quad-tip, valved axle-back delivering a deeper tone and improved flow with factory-like fitment.
Built from TIG-welded T304 stainless steel, this system uses 76mm tubing (vs 70mm stock) and twin 76mm valves for increased flow. The factory actuator is reused and a second added: open valves feed both outer pipes for a straight-through character; closed, gases route through the muffler to the inner tips for comfort. Cabin drone is reduced. Recorded gains: +6 hp/+5 lb-ft at 6600 rpm; about 4 lb lighter than stock.
