BMW M440i Performance Exhaust - Dinan - Axleback - Polished - 2020-2024. A TIG-welded T304 stainless axle-back with quad polished tips that adds a richer, sport-focused soundtrack while maintaining day-to-day civility.

Engineered for the G22/G23/G26 M440i, Dinan’s axle-back replaces the rear section with larger 76 mm piping (vs 70 mm stock) and twin 76 mm valves. The factory actuator is reused and a second valve/actuator is added, so the computer-controlled system behaves as BMW intended. With valves open, flow favors the outer pipes for a more assertive tone; closed, gases are routed through the muffler to the inner tips for quieter operation. Drone-abatement within the can preserves comfortable cabin volume. Precision TIG welds, a brushed canister, and polished, laser-engraved tips highlight quality, and installation is an easy bolt-on with included hardware.
