Leveraging the factory B58 circuit that routes engine coolant through the charge cooler, Dinan switches to a 45 mm core (vs 26.75 mm stock) with full-size end tanks and robust bar-and-plate construction. The package delivers 68% more heat-transfer area and greater thermal mass, improving charge cooling while assisting overall engine cooling. In testing, average charge temps dropped 8.7°C with peaks near 12°C over 30 successive WOT pulls, helping resist heat soak and limp mode.
