BMW M240i Heat Exchanger - Dinan - High Performance - 2017–2021. A robust, direct-fit upgrade engineered to improve charge cooling and curb heat soak on B58-powered M240i models.

The factory unit can be overwhelmed during repeated WOT pulls or track sessions. Dinan addresses this with a 48mm-thick core (vs. 27mm OEM) and unique L-shaped end tanks, yielding 78% more heat transfer surface area and greater thermal mass. In testing, IATs showed an average 8° drop with peaks up to 15° over 15 successive pulls, helping the ECU sustain target performance longer. Construction is 100% TIG welded and pressure tested. Minor trimming of the plastic core stack shroud may be required on some vehicles, particularly those with the optional OEM hot-climate heat exchanger. Installation hardware is included, along with xDrive-specific transmission cooler brackets.
