The 40mm core (stock 24mm) preserves airflow to the main radiator while delivering 60% more volume and 19% more face area. Testing shows an average 9°F drop in intercooler water temps and about 6°F lower IAT, supporting repeatable gains of +10 hp and +20 lb-ft on the stock tune. The stock system can heat soak after a few pulls; this unit stayed steady even after seven. Rubber-mounted for vibration isolation.
