Dodge Ram 3500 Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S300 High Mount Turbo 2nd Gen - Sparkle Copper (2004.5–2007). Purpose-built for 5.9L Cummins, this kit positions an S300 high on a 2nd Gen–style manifold for clean routing and dependable fitment.

Designed for Stainless Diesel or Steed Speed 2nd Gen manifolds (sold separately), the manifold clocks up and uses WCFab’s shorty downpipe to mate to the factory-style v-band front pipe—no cutting of your exhaust. The hot-side intercooler pipe is v-band at the turbo, and the downpipe uses an HX40 outlet at the turbine for a solid seal. If you’re not purchasing a WCFab-modified SXE turbo/manifold, specify your brands at order; some setups may require sending parts to WCFab to ensure proper fit. Not compatible with Banks Power intercoolers. Also works on 2003–2004 trucks updated to the 2004.5–2011 front pipe.
