Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Turbocharger Kit – Wehrli S400 Single Turbo Install (Sparkle Granny Smith, 01–04). Converts the factory IHI turbo on 6.6L Duramax LB7 trucks to an S400-frame setup with proven components.

Built by Wehrli Custom Fab, this kit upgrades the intake and charge-air path for reliable flow. A 5-inch fabricated aluminum intake with air box and dry filter feeds 3-inch, 14-gauge mandrel-bent hot and cold pipes. The 3-inch billet Y-bridge replaces the restrictive upper manifold. Stainless braided Parker oil lines route feed from the main oil galley. A T4 steel pedestal accepts popular S400 sizes (turbo sold separately), and the high-temp ceramic-coated downpipe mates to the factory front pipe via V-band. Note: forward-facing thermostat housing WCF100405 required for LB7 clearance.
